This will actually be two reviews in one. First I have to say my experience with Main Street Fuel has been nothing but exceptional do to one person in general, Jim. I have this ridiculous propane tank that is rather large that I have to fill in order to get heated water, it is rather heavy and I am a woman. Last month much to my dismay I ran out of propane and had to disconnect my tank to drag over to get fuel, it was very icy and very cold and my copper line just snapped. All I could think of is "Great, it will be forever before I can get this fixed and take a bath". So I took the tank to Main Street with a hope and a prayer that maybe they had some sort of set up for me that I could do myself. I arrived and Jim met us and I told him my problem, Jim then took me to a back room where low and behold where he had several lines to choose from. I was able to explain how mine was set up and told him how it looked and he knew the exact one I needed. I got home and with little effort, popped the new on right on, perfect fit! So we all had a bath that night in celebration lol.
The next was just last Saturday, we ran out again. I had forgot they close at 4:00 that day. I got off work at 3:00 got home put the tank in the car and drove there to my dismay I discovered they were closed! No hot water till Monday! Low and behold Jim my savior was standing in the parking lot, I rolled down the window and asked if they were closed just to make sure, He said "yes and what do you need?" "Propane!" I said . Jim said "pull on up to the filling area and he would help me out." I seriously love this guy. It was cold and my tank takes forever to fill and he just did it because he knew I needed it and he cared. He also helps load that tank into my tall Landcruiser, which is not easy task either. Jim is a great guy and provides such great service and why we only go there for propane. No one else gives such great service and is so good at what he does. Jim is a keeper and I would have been lost without him, not to mention cold and unbathed lol. Thank you Main Street for having great people working for you! You have all our business now.
